FAQs

Q. Is the motorhome fully insured?
A. The Motorhome is covered by comprehensive motor insurance. However it does not cover your personal belongings, so we recommend that you ensure you are covered by a personal insurance policy for your peace of mind.
Q. Why do you require a security deposit/bond of £500?
A. The security deposit/bond is refundable upon return of the Motorhome on time, undamaged, with a clean cooker/oven & interior & with the chemical toilet cassette cleaned & emptied. In the event of damage to our vehicle (internally or externally) the £500 deposit or part of it would go towards the repair. Should the repair be in excess of £500, this is covered by insurance, so the maximum liability would be £500. For any insurance claim or accidental damage (internally or externally) £500 is your maximum liability.
Q. Can we hire a Motorhome at any time of the year?
A. Yes we hire out all year round. The motorhome is equipped with gas heating keeping the temperature more than comfortable, even in the depths of winter.
Q. Is there a minimum hire period?
A. During July & August the minimum hire period is 1 week at a time. For the rest of the year, the minimum hire time is 2 nights.
Q. Can we holiday abroad with the motorhome?

A. Pets are allowed on the motorhome, although there is a £50 surcharge for a deep clean on return of the vehicle.
